Faculty and Extended Faculty

Jeffrey Tito is the current president and director of operations at Park City Brewery in Park City, Utah. Jeff literally grew up in the brewing industry as his family owned the Latrobe Brewing Company from 1933 to 1985 - the original home of Rolling Rock beer.

Jeff is an alumni of the Siebel Institute of Technology and obtained his Brewmaster Diploma and his BS in Economics from West Virginia University.

His brewing career has taken him all over the world in a number of different capacities, most recently as supply chain director for Heineken N.V. in St. Lucia. Before that, he was the brewery manager for The Kinshasa Brewery of Bralima (under Heineken) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and entered Heineken as a senior support consultant based in Zouterwoude in the Netherlands.

Jeff also assumed the role of brewing department manager after fulfilling the packaging department manager role at the MillerCoors Brewing Company's Albany, Georgia facility, and has worked at many other breweries over his career, including: Miller Brewing Company in Eden, North Carolina; D.G. Yuengling in Pottsville, Pennsylvania; Pittsburgh Brewing Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and The Stroh Brewing Company in Allentown, Pennsylvania; and gained experience while working for the Coca-Cola Company in Twinsburg, Ohio.

Jeff has been a devoted and long-time Master Brewers Association of America (MBAA) member, serving in various capacities and technical committees.
